Terms of sale
• All orders are subject to availability of the product and confirmation of the price of the order.
• Dispatch times may be different, depending on the distance of the delivery area and other postal delays of which we will not be held accountable.

Pricing

We strive to maintain reasonable prices, however occasionally we will raise our prices as a result of increase in raw materials. We therefore reserve the right to change our prices without prior notice.

While we do our utmost best to make sure that the details, descriptions and prices on our products are accurate, unfortunately at times errors may occur. If we discover any error on the products that you have purchased, we will communicate with you as soon as possible, and give you the option of reconfirming your product at the correct price or cancelling the order. If we cannot get hold of you, we will treat the order as cancelled.

The intellectual property rights that are made available to you through this website, remains the property of www.millsnaturalhealth.co.za and are protected by copyrights laws worldwide. All rights are reserved solely by www.millsnaturalhealth.co.za. You are not permitted to distribute, manipulate, publish or reproduce in any form any of the contents or copies supplied to you which appear on this website. You may not use any contents in connection with any business or commercial entity, unless authorized by Mills Natural Health.

Orders

Once you have placed your order online, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. If there are any challenges regarding your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason. In that instance, you will be informed and be refunded accordingly. No orders will be dispatched until the payments reflect in the business account.

Damaged products

Before the product is dispatched, Mills Health undergo a product quality check, however if you received damaged goods, you may inform us immediately via email to info@millsnaturalhealth.co.za within 2 days of delivery.

We will need the picture of the state of the product when you received it and the bar code of the product. We may ask you to return the products if we see it necessary. Once we are both satisfied, we will then refund the full amount including original shipping cost or resend a replacement product for the same order.
